Well first this truck has no rust at all..cant beat that for Wisconsin winters The truck goes very well in snow Easy to us 4x4 Trim level is ok Good Suv-Runs Great!! 4.3 Vortec is a Great Motor If you can get one for a fair price buy it!! - 4.0

purchase brand new - now have 163000 mile - vortec v-6 engine - used syntecic oil from day one - never had any problems with engin or transmission - air condition not working need to replace compressor - other than air/heating jimmy has been a very good reliable small utility truck - if properly maintained should last another 10 yrs - - 5.0
Great first car, or 4x4 with good MPG

Ive had my 97 Jimmy for almost a year, and im pleased for the most part, its a reliable truck, great on gas roomy, but the reason the Styling got a 3 was i had a 85 silverado and im a pickup guy and 4dr suv's dont cut it. But it is a great first car or cheap 4x4 with good gas milage im getting around 20city 24highway.
